-2 Unique Dice (one will be referred to as Unique Die 1, and the other as Unique Die 2).
-A surface suitable to receive paint, ink, and graphite.
-At least one brush.
-At least one implement for applying ink to surface.
-At least one implement for applying graphite to surface (if needed to do so).
Begin by rolling a single die. An even number establishes the orientation of the painting surface as landscape format, while an odd number establishes it as portrait format.
Next, roll a single die to determine the number of subsequent rolls that will be utilised in the execution of this dicework. The number of rolls is determined by the numerical result of this roll multiplied by three.
Next, roll a single die. A roll of 1, 2, or 3 results in the the subject matter, composition, and/or aesthetic of the dicework to be in line with that of the type of work the artist might make while being “sloppy.” A roll of 4, 5, or 6 results in the subject matter, composition, and/or aesthetic of the dicework to be in line with that of the type of work the artist might make while being “meticulous.”
All subsequent rolls will involve both unique dice. Each roll determines the choice of the following options:
Unique Die 1:
A roll of 1, 2, or 3 commands the artist to “be meticulous” for the duration of this turn.
A roll of 4, 5, or 6 commands the artist to “be sloppy” for duration of this turn.
Unique Die 2:
A roll of 1 or 4 commands the artist to use only ink for the duration of this turn.
A roll of 2 or 5 commands the artist to use only paint for the duration of this turn.
A roll of 3 or 6 commands the artist to use only graphite for the duration of this turn.
Each turn has a time limit of 10 minutes.

Adherence to stringent procedural methods allows for an iterative exploration of the above concepts ad infinitum [read more].
